Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and by using the site you agree to the terms as stated below:
 

General
You may have other rights granted by law including your statutory rights as a consumer, and these Terms do not affect those rights.No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order and confirmed the availability of the product by a return reply via email.All goods are sold subject to availability.These Terms supersede all previous verbal or written statements and agreements relating to the goods and/or services. All information contained in our sales literature or correspondence is provided for guidance only and does not form part of this contract, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.None of our representatives, agents or sales persons have authority to vary, amend or waive any of these Terms on our behalf and no amendment or addition to any of these Terms shall be deemed to have been accepted unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
 

The Customer
The Customer must be over the age of 16 and legally entitled to purchase spectacles or sunglasses.The Customer must be either a.) a registered company, whether sole trader or limited (private or public),or b.) a private consumer. The Customer of (a) must on request produce confirmation that they are legally a company.The Customer agrees that all details provided, including address, contact details and payment details are up to date and correct. 
 

Variation Of These Terms And Conditions
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically. Your use of the Site following the posting of any changes means you accept and agree to the changes. 
 

UK Local Orders
If you are a new customer, we must receive payment of the whole amount of the order, in GBP Pounds Sterling, for the goods that you order before your order can be dispatched. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide us during the checkout process. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. 

For existing trade customers, you have the choice to pay instantly by debit/credit card or you can select to pay by account, which will allow you to add the order to your credit account set up with us based on your credit terms agreed with us already. If your account is overdue, your order will be placed on hold until payment has been received.

If you are a private consumer customer, payments must be made instantly by credit/debit card to confirm your purchase.
 

Export Orders
We must receive payment of the whole amount of the order, in the respective currency (GBP, USD, EUR),for the goods that you order before your order can be shipped.Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide us during the checkout process. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.All products on the Site are sold to respective territories only and on the condition that these specific products are not resold to other territories.
